Where does the session take place?

In Mexico, our artists are present in the Riviera Maya/Cancún/Tulum, Los Cabos, and Vallarta/Riviera Nayarit.

The shoot can take place
- in your Hotel,
- outside of your Hotel, in a beautiful location like a beach or cenote.

If you would prefer a session in your Hotel and we have a Lounge on premises, simply book your time slot.

If you would prefer a session in your Hotel and we DO NOT have a Lounge on premises, you may have to pay a fee for us to enter. Let us know which is your Hotel and we'll let you know accordingly.

If you would prefer a session at a beautiful location outside your Hotel, simply book your time slot, write 'external' + your location preferences (beach, jungle, freshwater) when booking. We'll pick you up at your Hotel at your chosen time. (Please allow up to 1h on top of the 1h session for pick up and travel.)

When and how will I get my photos?

Your will receive an online gallery link the same day or the day after the session (depending of the time you finish the session) on your Whatsapp or by email.

After selecting your photos, ordering your pack, the system will validate your payment and you will receive a new link to download all the photos you have bought but also share them or add your favourites to your wishlist

How many pictures will I receive?

You will be able to choose from between 80 to 150 stunning edited photos.

I need help to access my online gallery

You will receive an email link with your online gallery the same day or morning after your photoshoot.

If you require a new access, please email with 1) your full name (used to book the session), 2) the hotel or location of your photoshoot, 3) your photoshoot date, and if possible 4) your session code. We will get back to you shortly with your gallery link.

How should I dress?

We recommend that you wear bright colors, and most importantly that you feel comfortable and don’t mind getting your clothes wet, as the sessions tend to end in or near the ocean!
If you have chosen the "Fashion photoshooting", prepare all your dress (maximum 3) in a suitcase, we will manage.

Who will be my photographer?

All our Photographers are vetted and trained to the highest of standards. They are friendly and professional, and will guide you and make you feel at ease throughout the photoshoot. They use last generation equipment.

When is the best time for a session?

We usually recommend early morning or late afternoon as the sun is less strong.

I want a session for a special occasion, how does it work?

No problem, we love capturing unique moments like engagements, birthdays, pregnancies, gender reveals, quinceañera, bachelorette parties, and more. We can also organise a personalised shoot, such as on a yacht. What is the maximum number of people in one session?

We would recommend being maximum 8 people in one session in order to be able to capture every person. If you are a larger group, we would suggest booking two sessions at the same time to have two photographers.

I can't make it, can I reschedule?

Yes, you can reschedule up to 4 hours before the session.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel up to 4 hours before the session time to receive a full refund of your deposit.

Do you respect my privacy?

DreamArt Photography takes your privacy very seriously. Should you not wish for us to use your photos in our marketing materials, simply let us know when signing the release form.
